Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category

Tatragolf Mountain Resort has faced considerable criticism regarding its claimed four-star rating. Numerous guests have highlighted a significant discrepancy between the advertised four-star standard and their actual experiences. Reviews frequently describe the resort as resembling a two-star accommodation rather than a four-star one with basic amenities such as shampoo, shower gel and proper room service often missing. Issues with worn-out furniture and equipment have been noted and the general quality has been found lacking for a four-star establishment.
Despite having comprehensive services like a restaurant, jacuzzi and spas, the overall experience at the resort has been described as disappointing, failing to meet the expectations associated with a four-star rating. The resort's claims to luxury seem to fall short and it is often suggested that the accommodations are more aligned with a three-star rating, if not lower. The inadequacy of facilities such as poorly equipped kitchenettes further detracts from the supposed four-star quality.
In summary, while Tatragolf Mountain Resort markets itself as a luxurious four-star destination, guest reviews suggest that it does not live up to this standard with many essential services and amenities missing or subpar.

If you're looking for a mountain view hotel with good facilities and services, Hotel AquaCity Seasons might just be the right choice for you! Despite a few negative reviews regarding the quality of the food and some unhelpful staff members, the majority of the reviews compliment the good standard of the rooms which were clean, modern and up to 4-star standards. The hotel also offers an aquapark which opens at 10 AM on weekends - a bit late according to some guests - but much appreciated nonetheless. The reception staff were praised for being helpful and friendly. While some guests noted that the buffet didn't have a huge selection, others were more concerned with the overall quality which they found to be of a very good standard. A few guests also noted some absent details like carpets on the floor which can get slippery, but overall, Hotel AquaCity Seasons seems to offer good value for the price and seems to be worth considering for your next mountain getaway.
