Feldmilla Design Hotel - Wellness & SPA in South Tyrol is often recognized for its four-star structure and amenities that reflect its polished reputation. The hotel features a substantial breakfast selection known for its variety and high-quality ingredients, complementing the pleasant tradition of serving snacks every afternoon at 4 PM. Despite these positives, some guests feel that the level of detail and service could be improved to fully meet four-star expectations. Upon check-in, the absence of a welcome drink can make the arrival experience less warm. Additionally, the restricted operating hours of the pool and wellness facilities pose an inconvenience due to their overlap with meal times. While rooms are equipped with top-notch amenities, the lack of simple essentials like drinking glasses can be a drawback. Nonetheless, many agree that the hotel earns its four-star status with its overall offerings and ambiance.
