Guests seemed impressed with the spa and gym facilities, which they described as good and sencillo (simple). The highlight of the spa seems to be its well-kept swimming pool, sauna and minigolf. The location of the spa also received numerous compliments. Although some guests lamented the absence of a jacuzzi and robes, they found the spa and pool area to be attractive and cosy. Additionally, the hotel staff was quick to fix any issues that came up, like the ongoing construction works in the spa. However, some guests were disappointed that the sauna and steam room were out of service during their stay. Moreover, the limited availability of slots to use the pool and spa and the extra charge for swimming hats were minor drawbacks for some. Nonetheless, overall, most guests appreciated the nice and relaxing spa experience included in the room rate.
