Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
The Spa at Norwich Inn is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay, offering a relaxing spa experience. While some areas are in need of updating, the on-site spa provides a calming atmosphere. However, the pool, gym and spa overall could use some improvements. Some guests experienced issues with lockers and toilets in their rooms. The food at Kensington's was disappointing, but still considered passable by some guests. Despite some negative reviews, many guests enjoyed the peaceful ambiance of the Inn. Some guests found the decor outdated and the beds uncomfortable, while others found the place overpriced. Overall, The Spa at Norwich Inn offers a good experience, but could benefit from updates to facilities and services.
