Der gesamte Betrieb wird Stück für Stück auf möglichst verpackungsfrei umgestellt und eine Photovoltaik Anlage ist bereits in Planung. In unserem á la carte Restaurant verwenden wir ausschließlich Bio-Fleisch von der Biomanufaktur Havelland und erweitern mit jeder Speisekarte unser vegetarisch / veganes Angebot. Viele Dekorationselemente und Einrichtung stammt aus Altbeständen, welche wir wieder upcyclen. In unseren Zimmern finden sich ausschließlich wieder auffüllbare Seifen- and Duschgelspender sowie wir alle Verbrauchsartikel sorgfältig nach nachhaltigen Richtlinien wählen.
