Village Galijot Plava Laguna often receives mixed feedback regarding its four-star rating. Guests find the exterior and grounds of the resort to be well-kept and appealing, aligning with typical four-star standards. However, there are consistent concerns about the rooms not meeting the expected level of luxury with many pointing out that the furnishings, especially the bathrooms, appear outdated and in need of renovation.
While the facilities in general match what one would expect from a four-star property, the dining options and food quality seem to leave some guests underwhelmed, suggesting that it does not fully live up to the four-star promise. Additionally, parking is insufficiently covered and the room sizes and comfort of extra beds seem to fall short of expectations.
Despite its shortcomings, the resort's attention to detail and overall ambiance are appreciated by visitors, though many note that the offering doesn’t quite justify the four-star rating or the price point. It's considered a pleasant stay by some, but not necessarily worth a repeat visit for others.
