Hotel Tommy Wellness & Spa receives high praise from guests, particularly for its peaceful and picturesque location, superb breakfast offerings and the exceptional friendliness and professionalism of its staff. Nestled in a tranquil part of Náchod, the hotel offers an ideal base for exploring nearby attractions with convenient access to hiking and biking trails. Guests appreciate the serene ambiance, beautiful countryside views and the hotel's accessibility, despite its slightly remote setting.
The breakfast at Hotel Tommy Wellness & Spa is often heralded as exceptional with a wide and varied selection that caters to all tastes. Diners enjoy continuous refills and generous portions in a pleasant dining ambiance, along with friendly and helpful staff, making breakfast a highly recommended feature.
However, the dinner experience at the hotel is more mixed. While the quality of the food is often praised, the lack of a fully functional restaurant and limited dining options, such as a small menu at the lobby bar or a pre-ordered buffet, reduce the overall dining satisfaction. Guests find the buffet dinner sometimes lacking in variety and temperature control and some deem the surcharge high. Many guests, therefore, recommend dining outside the hotel in nearby areas like Poland for better, more affordable options.
Rooms at the hotel are described as charming, clean and well-decorated, though some guests note they are quite small, especially those with sloped ceilings or near the kitchen, which can sometimes bring unpleasant smells. Despite these minor issues, the cleanliness and attractive, castle-style decor frequently leave a positive impression. Pet-friendly facilities and a lovely garden add to the hotel’s charm.
The hotel’s impeccable cleanliness is consistently highlighted with both private and common areas maintained to a high standard. The staff’s friendliness and professionalism significantly enhance the guest experience, praised for their welcoming and helpful nature.
The wellness facilities, including a luxurious spa, pool and sauna, receive positive feedback for their quality and exclusivity. The ability to reserve the pool and whirlpool for private use is particularly appreciated, though some guests feel that additional charges for these facilities should be lower or included in the room rate.
Parking facilities at the hotel are highly rated with a spacious, secure parking lot conveniently located near the hotel. Although reviews on the comfort of the beds are mixed with some finding them too firm, the overall sentiment remains positive regarding the cleanliness and general comfort of the bedding.
In summary, Hotel Tommy Wellness & Spa is celebrated for its serene location, top-quality breakfast, immaculate cleanliness and excellent staff, making it a delightful choice for guests seeking a peaceful and relaxing retreat.
