La Quinta by Wyndham Naples Downtown offers a swimming pool that has received mixed feedback from guests. On the positive side, many guests appreciated the pool, describing it as beautiful, nice and well-maintained with a good temperature and warm water. The pool area itself was noted as being great and clean by multiple reviewers, enhancing the overall experience.
However, there are recurring mentions of the pool being small, which could be a drawback for those seeking more space. Additionally, cleanliness issues were a frequent concern with some guests noting dirty water and an overall lack of maintenance. At times, the pool area was described as old and moldy with instances of it being closed at night, limiting its accessibility. The presence of people drinking in the pool area might also detract from the family-friendly ambiance some might expect.
Despite these issues, the availability of coffee, tea and chocolate in the lobby at all times and the inclusion of a breakfast featuring waffles, were appreciated features that might enhance the stay for many guests. The mixed experiences highlight the importance of maintenance and cleanliness in the overall enjoyment of the pool facilities at this hotel.
