Ocean Coast Hotel at the Beach Amelia Island provides a basic three-star hotel experience. This non-luxury hotel stands out for its close proximity to the beach, making it an attractive option for those looking to enjoy coastal activities. The accommodations are clean and generally offer good value for money, making it a budget-friendly choice for many travelers. Despite some comments indicating the rates might be slightly high, most guests feel the overall experience justifies the cost.
While the breakfast offered is fair and could be improved to elevate the guest experience, it remains a convenient inclusion. The hotel’s facilities are adequate for a three-star establishment, though some guests believe the online rating may be overstated. Nevertheless, for a reasonably priced stay near the beach with satisfactory cleanliness and service, this hotel meets the basic expectations of a three-star rating.

Seaside Amelia Inn on Amelia Island has mixed reviews from its guests with some describing the hotel as disappointing and poor. However, the majority of guests seem to find the hotel to be nice enough with small functional rooms in a beautiful location. The hotel offers a tasty breakfast and is perceived as a great value for the money. While some guests complained about the hotel being overpriced for what they received, others noted that lower rates would have made it better. Unfortunately, some guests had to change rooms due to multiple issues like keys not working or rooms not being clean. The hotel is currently under renovation and this affected some guests' experiences. Overall, the hotel is described as average, fair and just okay. While it is not a luxury facility, it is described as exactly what some guests were looking for. The hotel has a great location near the beach, but it may not provide the best value for the price.
