However, some guests noted that there is a daily fee for using the spa center and Covid protection measures were non-existent. Despite this, the indoor pools and spa treatments were amazing and some guests even described it as a "prekrasnyy spa center", or a beautiful spa center. Despite this, the hotel is proactively promoting the spa and even calls guests in their rooms to notify them of availability. One negative point mentioned is the limited sauna availability, which closes for six hours a day - a detail some guests were not informed of ahead of time.
