Hôtel Cosmos & Spa offers everything that can be expected from a three-star hotel. The decor is tastefully done and the atmosphere throughout the facility is consistently beautiful and charming, making it a pleasant place to stay. The rooms are spacious and the ambiance reflects an appealing, slightly chic spa vibe.
However, the infrastructure shows its age and could benefit from modernization. Some guests feel the facilities are outdated and past their prime and the general condition of the hotel has room for improvement. Despite this, the hotel maintains its charm and is a good option for short stays, providing a friendly and consistent three-star service.
The price-performance ratio is generally good, though some guests felt that the rates were not justified by the current state of the infrastructure. Overall, while the hotel may not meet the expectations of all travelers, particularly those accustomed to more modern amenities, it is still a super and stylish place that offers good value for money within its three-star category.
