The Parklands Hotel & Country Club is a great hotel located in a beautiful area, just a short walk away from the train station that will take you straight to Glasgow city centre. The hotel is also only 20 minutes away from Glasgow airport, making it very well connected for those arriving by air. The hotel is set in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but with good transport links to get you there if needed. The free parking right outside the hotel and the fact that the front door is open 24/7 were also appreciated by guests. Inside, the hotel has a very modern feel, although some guests felt that the layout could be better. The location and views were praised, although a few guests felt that the surrounding woods could do with some tidying up.
