The Best Western Premier Toronto Airport Carlingview Hotel offers a mixed experience with its pool facilities. Though the amenities include a pool, sauna, and hammam, the pool area receives varied feedback. Guests praise the hot tub and sauna when they are operational, contributing to a relaxing experience. The pool is generally considered decent and safe, with booking required due to COVID-19 protocols, which some find inconvenient but understandable in today's climate.
