The accommodation includes cozy safari huts and functional cabins, which, despite being compact, offer a charming retreat into nature. Most guests find the facilities clean and well-maintained, enhancing their authentic Australian experience. Though some may find the rooms tight with multiple occupants and note minor issues like kitchen essentials, the space suffices for those prioritizing tranquility over easy beach access.
The property is valued for its cleanliness, with well-maintained rooms and common areas, although some guests mention inconsistencies in the upkeep of shared spaces such as bathrooms and kitchens during extended stays. However, the overall consensus is of a clean and comfortable lodging environment within a picturesque setting.
The staff receive praise for their friendliness, helpfulness, and polite service, often going above and beyond to enhance guest experiences. Noteworthy mentions of specific staff members indicate personalized service, while occasional critiques regarding professionalism are rare. The beds at Kangarooms also receive mixed reviews, highlighting comfort while noting instances of squeakiness that may require attention.
