Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The swimming pool at Gamma Pachuca has received mixed reviews from guests. On the positive side, the pool area is described as enjoyable, beautiful and nice, especially given that it is covered, allowing for use even in cooler weather. However, the amenities seem to fall short in terms of maintenance. Many visitors have noted that the pool water is consistently cold, making it less inviting. There are also complaints about the pool being small, overcrowded at times and generally in poor condition with issues such as leaks and dirt being common. Some guests have faced unpleasant situations like the presence of baby poop in the pool, highlighting serious maintenance and cleanliness concerns that need addressing. The overall consensus is that while the pool has potential, it urgently requires better upkeep and modernization to enhance the guest experience.

Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The Fiesta Inn Pachuca Gran Patio has garnered varying feedback regarding its pool area. Several guests praised the hotel for its overall quality, noting friendly and attentive staff, as well as good facilities like the restaurant, which offers quality food at competitive prices. However, many guests pointed out several drawbacks concerning the pool. A recurring issue mentioned is its lack of heating, making the water too cold for a comfortable swim. Some reviews specifically noted that the pool heater is only turned on during weekends, which can lead to an icy experience on other days. Additionally, the pool area faces some logistical issues, such as closing early and lack of proper maintenance, including no towels and dirty bathrooms. There were also instances when guests were not informed about the pool's closure at the time of reservation. Despite these setbacks, the jacuzzi in the pool area was appreciated by visitors.
