The gym at Aiden by Best Western Trondheim Airport offers an experience marked by both positives and areas needing improvement. Its standout feature is the impressive view, providing guests with a scenic backdrop of the lake, adding an element of tranquility to their workout routines. The open layout enhances the atmosphere, blending natural beauty with exercise. However, guests noted certain limitations in equipment. While the gym houses dumbbells, the absence of an adjustable bench is a noticeable gap for those seeking varied workout possibilities. Furthermore, the gym's facilities seem to be in a state of incompleteness, with construction materials around, which might detract from the overall experience. Nevertheless, the space itself is described as good, suggesting that with a few enhancements, it has the potential to offer a more comprehensive fitness experience.
