The breakfast experience at the Nottingham Belfry Hotel & Spa seems to be a mixed bag with guests offering praise as well as criticism. On the one hand, guests loved the fantastic buffet breakfast with a wide variety of tasty and filling options. Guests are particularly fond of the self-service option that allows them to pick and choose their preferences leisurely. A sizable number of travelers reported that breakfast was really good, phenomenal or excellent. The buffet offers fried eggs, bacon, sausages, grilled veggies, fruits, toasts, butter and honey among other things. Others, however, highlighted the lack of organization with guests having to wait for up to 20 minutes for hot plates to be replenished. The shortage of cups and glasses, juice containers and bread baskets that were not refilled despite requests for replenishments were other niggling faults that visitors mentioned. A few guests observed that breakfast seemed understaffed with minimal food options or that the quality was poor with flies around the pastries. Overall, breakfast at Nottingham Belfry Hotel & Spa seems to be a decent but flawed affair depending on your luck with your choices.
