Hotel Átrium in Párkány is lauded for its exceptional and strategic location. Nestled in the city's heart, it offers guests the convenience of being within walking distance to numerous attractions, shops, restaurants and essential services. Its close proximity to the beach and popular sites like the swimming pool and thermal aquapark makes it an attractive option for travelers seeking both accessibility and a peaceful environment.
The hotel's breakfast receives a largely positive reception with guests appreciating the delicious and varied options ranging from continental breakfast to Swedish tables with items like muesli and croissants. However, some guests have pointed out that the cost of breakfast seems high for the quality provided and suggested that incorporating a buffet-style could enhance the experience.
Guests are generally pleased with the spacious and well-equipped rooms, particularly noting the cleanliness and modern amenities such as air conditioning and internet-connected TVs. The rooms' multiple balconies and peaceful atmosphere contribute to a comforting stay. Despite minor issues with the occasional need for repairs and some inconsistencies with amenities, the overall feedback about the rooms is favorable.
The staff at Hotel Átrium are frequently praised for their friendliness and willingness to assist. Reviews describe the team as pleasant, hardworking and accommodating, making guests feel welcomed despite minor language barriers.
Parking is another strong point for the hotel with several convenient options available, including a garage with ample space and courtyard parking. While one guest mentioned having to use paid street parking during certain hours, the overall sentiment indicates that parking arrangements at the hotel are satisfactory.
The beds at Hotel Átrium have garnered mixed reviews. Many guests find the beds comfortable, contributing to a restful stay enhanced by a modern TV and internet access. Nonetheless, there are occasional complaints about worn-out mattresses and creaky beds with sofa beds deemed unsuitable for sleeping, particularly for larger groups or families.
In summary, Hotel Átrium is highly valued for its prime location, friendly staff and generally comfortable accommodations, while there is room for improvement in specific areas like breakfast pricing and bed quality.
