The team, from the doorman to the night shift staff, are knowledgeable, accommodating and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a great stay. The service is outstanding and guests feel truly helped by the staff. Although there were some negative experiences with the front desk staff, the majority of visitors praised the courtesy and friendliness of the hotel staff.
