While there were some issues with service and lack of options, the overall experience felt like a 5-star hotel. The decor is impressive and the property is spacious and comfortable. Guests enjoyed the stunning views of the sea from their room and the quality massages at the wellness center. However, some aspects such as slow replenishment, dark and soulless breakfast buffet and lack of fresh milk for tea were not up to par with a 5-star hotel. Additionally, the beach area can be cramped during peak season and some guests felt that the hotel fails to keep solid standards, but overall it is one of the best options in Croatia.
