The B’O Resort & Spa has left many guests feeling underwhelmed regarding its four-star rating. Although the water center receives a nod of approval, much of the facilities appear to align more closely with a three-star level. The breakfast options and interior design fall short of the four-star expectations and the overall cleanliness does not meet the anticipated standards. Several aspects of the service, including the reception staff and dining experiences, do not reflect the professionalism one would expect from a four-star establishment. The rooms and accommodation feel outdated and tired and the cold water issue has been a notable disappointment. Despite these setbacks, the establishment is acknowledged for providing overall good value for money and beautiful surroundings with free parking locations. Improvements in service and facility upkeep could align the resort more closely with its claimed four-star status.
