Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category
Summarized by AI
The Heritage Hotel Frankopan has received some critical feedback regarding its claimed four-star status. Guests consistently express disappointment, noting that the hotel falls short of the standard expected from a four-star establishment, and some even suggest it resembles more of a guesthouse. The offerings, including services, maintenance, equipment, and food, have been described as lacking according to the advertised quality. One specific area of concern is the breakfast, which has been deemed insufficient for the purported category. Additionally, the selection of bicycles was pointed out as being quite poor for a hotel of this level. Overall, guests believe the hotel is more aligned with a three-star classification.
