Guests have described it as a "beautifull 5-star hotel" and have been impressed with the hotel's safety measures. Although lacking a kettle and coffee machine in some rooms, the staff quickly provided it upon request. The restaurant has also been praised as a 5-star quality establishment. The only major downside was with the bistrot, where one guest received both their first and main course at the same time and when brought to the staff's attention, they left the cold plate on the table. Such incidents are not expected from a 5-star hotel. Overall, guests have had a fabulous experience at this hotel.
