The Hyatt Place San Juan offers an excellent breakfast that many guests consider one of the best among their hotel experiences. The hotel stands out for its good value for money and is often viewed as better than some of the four-star options in the area. The front desk staff receives high praise for being helpful, accommodating and friendly, significantly contributing to a positive stay.
Guests generally feel that the hotel lives up to its three-star rating, offering satisfactory services and facilities. Despite its age and some outdated aspects, the overall service quality and amenities provided align well with expectations for a three-star hotel.
However, some guests have noted specific areas needing improvement. Issues such as housekeeping services not adhering to schedule, additional charges for early check-in and broken amenities like TVs and WiFi have been reported. The pool areas also require more attention and the parking fee is considered excessively high. While there are some negative aspects, many visitors still find the hotel a great value for the price and would likely stay again.

Caribe Hilton is an excellent choice for families seeking a fun-filled resort experience. The hotel provides an array of fantastic amenities that cater to families with children. The lagoon is a favorite spot for kids to swim safely and the multiple pools provide opportunities for fun water games. The resort has a family and children's section, which appeals to observant parents. While some guests were a bit loud, the pool area and amenities were still family-friendly. While the resort may not have hula hoops or cannonball contests, it is clean, boasts a fantastic location and the staff is excellent. Overall, Caribe Hilton is a perfect family-friendly resort for a fun-filled and memorable vacation.
