The kid's club was exceptional and kept children entertained for hours. Furthermore, the hotel provided natural toiletries, slippers and robes for kids, making it a real family place. There is a children's pool and slide outside that the younger guests loved. The resort is a perfect choice for families, but there were a few complaints about the water temperature in the swimming pools and the lack of pool options for older children. Additionally, some guests remarked about children being present in adult-only areas. The lobby and restaurant can be crowded during busy periods. Nonetheless, the overall consensus among guests was that this resort is very kid-friendly and they would recommend it to others.

There were also complaints about the tall and unfitted beds for toddlers and the unsupervised children congregating, running and even urinating around the hotel. Despite this, there were loads of families at the hotel which offers great variety in restaurants and bars. While some rooms were excellent with magnificent views, others had basic interiors and were aimed towards the older generation. However, for some guests, like one who gifted the stay to their daughter and husband, it was a real treat and they enjoyed every moment.
