Summit Rainforest Golf Resort & All Inclusive offers great value as a four-star destination with a fantastic location that guests have found to be well worth the price. The resort provides good value for money and generally meets the standard expectations for four-star accommodations. Guests have noted the clean facilities and a welcoming atmosphere that makes them feel at home.
However, some reviews indicate that the hotel appears outdated and in need of renovations. The overall appearance suggests a lack of maintenance and certain areas, including rooms, show signs of wear and tear. While the location is praised, it is consistently mentioned that the hotel could benefit from updates to live up to its four-star rating.
Despite these criticisms, many guests have had positive experiences, suggesting that while there is room for improvement, the resort still offers very good accommodations for its category.
