Super Capital O Hotel Crestwood Inn enjoys a prime location near the main city, offering easy access to Masoori Road and numerous restaurants. The beautiful surrounding atmosphere enhances the overall guest experience despite some minor disturbances due to ongoing traffic. The cooperative and polite staff add to the positive aspects of staying at this hotel, making the location a significant asset.
The hotel rooms are appreciated for their spaciousness, comfort and classy decor. Large and clean rooms, particularly with expansive balcony areas, contribute to a pleasant stay. Guests generally find the rooms comfortable with many amenities provided. However, there are occasional issues with cleanliness and availability of essential items like towels and dental kits, which can require additional requests. The lack of comprehensive internal door locks raises some security concerns, but overall, the positive room attributes stand out to most guests.
Cleanliness reviews are mixed with many guests noting neat and beautifully decorated rooms and bathrooms. Positive experiences with a clean and pleasant stay are frequently mentioned. In contrast, some guests have reported significant issues with cleanliness, such as unwashed bed sheets, dirty rooms and presence of cockroaches. Despite these concerns, the instances of well-maintained rooms contribute to the overall favorable perception.
The staff at Super Capital O Hotel Crestwood Inn are largely praised for their politeness, cooperation and helpfulness. Friendly and welcoming interactions with the team often enhance the guest experience. Housekeeping staff also receive commendation for their efforts. However, occasional negative experiences with rudeness and unprofessional behavior do indicate areas for improvement in staff consistency and professionalism.
Beds offer spacious accommodations but are marred by cleanliness issues. Unwashed bed sheets, dirty towels and stained linens have been reported, detracting from the otherwise positive room experience. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel’s roomy and comfortable accommodations remain a highlight.
Overall, Super Capital O Hotel Crestwood Inn offers a favorable stay experience, particularly due to its prime location, spacious and well-decorated rooms and generally friendly staff, though occasional cleanliness and service issues suggest areas for continued improvement.
