Jaguaré Hotel is highly praised for its prime location, making it an ideal choice for guests seeking convenience and accessibility. Situated close to key points of interest such as the Continental Shopping Mall, public transportation and major highways, the hotel offers effortless access to various city areas including Osasco and USP/Butantã. Guests appreciate the safe neighborhood, easy car access and the added benefit of free covered parking. Despite occasional noise from the busy street, the hotel's affordable rates, cleanliness, friendly staff and essential amenities like hot showers and comfortable beds contribute to a positive overall experience.
When it comes to breakfast, opinions are mixed. While it's not included in the room price, the breakfast is reasonably priced and served directly in the room—a convenience some guests appreciate. Reviews on the quality vary with many finding it "good" or "simple but tasty," while others criticize it for being too simple and lacking in variety. Additional amenities, such as a mini-fridge or a larger mirror, would enhance the breakfast experience.
The rooms at Jaguaré Hotel are described as simple but well-organized and clean. Guests often mention the cleanliness of towels, sheets and the overall environment. Comfortable beds and air conditioning contribute to a restful stay. However, noise from the street and hallways, outdated furniture and occasional issues like cigarette odor are noted as drawbacks. Despite these minor inconveniences, the hotel meets the basic expectations for travelers seeking affordable and clean accommodations.
Cleanliness is a strong point with many guests commending the immaculate state of the rooms and the hotel's diligent cleaning practices. The staff also play a significant role in enhancing guests' experiences. Described as polite, friendly and attentive, the staff contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. While there are occasional calls for better management, the general perception is positive with guests appreciating the professional and courteous service.
The Wi-Fi service receives mixed feedback with many guests finding it good and reliable, while others report inconsistency, particularly in certain rooms. Parking is positively reviewed with guests highlighting the secure, covered garage as a significant amenity. Although there are mentions of tight spaces and lack of special parking spots, the overall sentiment is positive.
The beds receive mixed reviews. While some guests find them comfortable, others criticize the mattresses for being too firm and the pillows for being too hard and high. Bedding, although clean, is often described as old and worn out, affecting overall comfort.
For business travelers, Jaguaré Hotel offers a quiet environment conducive to work-related activities and polite, efficient staff. However, room finishes show signs of wear and only the most expensive suites come equipped with proper workspaces. Despite these limitations, the hotel provides a functional stay for business travelers.
In conclusion, Jaguaré Hotel stands out for its excellent location, cleanliness, friendly staff and affordability. While there are areas for improvement such as breakfast variety, room furnishings and noise control, the overall experience is positive, making it a suitable choice for both short stays and business travel.
