Best Western Hotel Quattrotorri has received mixed feedback regarding its four-star rating and facilities. On a positive note, some guests highlighted that the establishment generally aligns well with the expected standards of a four-star hotel. They pointed out that the hotel is well-maintained, offers good value and has a robust structure suitable for a four-star rating. The well-structured classes and top-notch aspects received commendations, suggesting that certain features of the hotel meet high-quality expectations.
However, several reviews indicate that the hotel falls short in several areas. The breakfast buffet, room finishes and overall quality and standards were flagged as not meeting the four-star criteria. Specific issues such as the lack of thermometers and over-the-counter medicines for children, an essential service for a hotel at this level, were noted. Comparisons with other four-star hotels within the same category revealed that some rooms and services do not match up to similar establishments. Consequently, while some aspects of the Best Western Hotel Quattrotorri are commendable, there is room for improvement to fully justify its four-star rating.

Relais dell'Olmo is a four-star hotel that receives mixed feedback regarding its facilities and services. While the spa is well-presented and provides a relaxing atmosphere, some guests feel that the rooms could be more elegant and better equipped to meet four-star standards. Cleanliness is notably up to par, reflecting the hotel's star rating. However, the lack of basic amenities such as pool towels in the rooms and the charge for towel rentals have been points of contention. Attention to detail is generally good, ensuring a consistent quality suitable for a four-star establishment. Despite these positive aspects, there is a consensus among some guests that certain improvements are needed to fully align with the expectations of a four-star hotel.
