The staff are described as great, over the top in accommodating guests' needs and a definite highlight of the resort. The pool area is fantastic with multiple pools to choose from and the restaurant and bar located poolside. While some areas are dated and there are maintenance issues, the staff is committed to addressing any issues promptly. Overall, the Ocean Reef Yacht Club & Resort is a true paradise with a lovely location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and lush pool area.
