Costa Smeralda is a charming hotel in a magical location with fantastic views and easy access to all beaches and the center of Syvota. The rooms are cleaned daily and are spotless, making your stay comfortable. The hotel staff is hospitable, polite and always willing to assist. The breakfast buffet is rich, varied and satisfying to Greek standards. The hotel facilities, including the pool, may need a renovation and the rooms may not meet the expectations of a four-star hotel. However, the hotel's location, serene ambiance and welcoming staff make it an excellent choice for a relaxing vacation.

Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category

If you're looking for a holiday spot that offers good value and impressive facilities, Ornella Beach Resort & Villas could be the perfect spot. Despite a few negative comments, the majority of reviewers note the hotel is a great place to stay. Plus, guests appreciate the incredible breakfast buffet, which is diverse and delicious. However, some people are frustrated by additional costs like daily beach chair and umbrella fees, which can feel a bit excessive. While a few reviews suggest that the hotel might not live up to its 4-star rating, most guests are happy with their stay and the hotel's amenities, including the pool area that is shared among a few rooms. Ultimately, this resort appears to be a solid option for anyone looking to soak up the sun and enjoy some downtime without spending a fortune.
