Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The pool area at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Novi, MI, presents a mixed bag for visitors, showing both positive and negative aspects. Guests frequently mention the pool as a pleasant feature, enjoying the convenience of extended pool hours and adult swim time after 10 pm. The hot tub and pool generally receive praise for being clean, inviting, and well-maintained for the most part, making a dip quite refreshing for many visitors. However, several reviews highlight issues with excessive chlorine levels that have led to bleach damage to swimsuits and discomfort. There are occasional mentions of the pool water appearing cloudy or the area not being entirely clean. Some guests also noted that while the pool was nice, it sometimes required cleaning after usage, necessitating staff intervention for maintenance. Despite some drawbacks, including overly chlorinated water at times and occasional availability of towels, the pool and hot tub have left several guests satisfied with their swimming experience.
