At Phoenix Relax Park, the pool facilities have garnered a mix of impressions from guests. The hotel features both indoor and outdoor swimming pools with many visitors highlighting their cleanliness and the appealing mountain views. Guests have particularly appreciated the two large, heated pools, drawing attention to the availability of dedicated areas for both adults and children. The panoramic views from the pool area add to the charm, providing a picturesque backdrop for relaxation.
However, several guests have noted that the pools often feel cold with the water temperature sometimes not meeting expectations despite being advertised as heated. This concern is more pronounced during colder months, as the outdoor pools aren't operational in winter. Some guests also mentioned time restrictions for children as a limitation, preventing them from fully enjoying the pool facilities.
The spa complex has received positive feedback for its spaciousness and comprehensive amenities, including hot tubs and an indoor heated pool. Yet, the hammam and some parts of the spa were reported to be inadequately heated, which affects the overall relaxation experience. The lifeguard service has been praised for its attentiveness and the poolside service, including towel provisions, has been found satisfactory.
In summary, while the Phoenix Relax Park boasts several well-maintained and visually appealing pools, the inconsistent heating and occasional overcrowding can detract from the overall experience. Nevertheless, the scenic views, ample amenities and child-friendly options make it a favorable destination for families looking to unwind.
