Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
INN on 17 is a highly regarded budget-friendly accommodation conveniently located a short drive from downtown Savannah. Guests appreciate its easy access to the city's attractions while enjoying a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The property's proximity to major highways and local events, coupled with free parking right outside the rooms, adds to its convenience for travelers exploring Savannah by car.
The inn boasts clean and comfortable rooms, many of which have been recently renovated with modern touches like tile showers and touch mirrors. Guests commend the spaciousness and comfort, with the newly added rustic charm being a delightful aspect. The staff at INN on 17, particularly individuals like Tammy, Lauren, and Donna, are consistently praised for their exceptional friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a welcoming and hospitable environment.
Moreover, INN on 17 is celebrated for its genuine pet-friendly policies, offering a spacious grassy area for pets to enjoy alongside their owners. This aspect, along with the property's camaraderie and warm atmosphere, makes it a popular choice for pet owners and their furry companions.
However, while most reviews are positive, there are some areas where the inn could improve. The breakfast offering is minimal and falls short of guests' expectations, with only basic items like packaged muffins and granola bars available. Wi-Fi connectivity has also been a concern, with issues of weak or unreliable signals frequently reported. Despite these drawbacks, the inn offers great value for money, making it a practical choice for travelers seeking clean, comfortable, and pet-friendly accommodations at reasonable prices.
