This 4-star bed and breakfast is located in the heart of Portland, a short stroll from Portland Foreshore. It offers air-conditioned rooms, private entrances, and a terrace with garden views. Guests can also enjoy a cooked-to-order breakfast.

Room Types
Family Room with BathroomRoom 11, our family room is located in the quiet garden on the rear verandah. Built in 1853 the 3 sided bluestone walls keep this room warm/cool. The room is 2 levels. Downstairs is a queen bed, full bathroom with bath (shower over) sofa, tea-coffee making & cookies, bar fridge, microwave, TV with dvd on the side.
A toaster can be available outside the door (please ask) An over head fan and air heat/cool are up in the high ceiling. Upstairs also has an opening v-lux sky window for night sky veiwing & air.
Mezzanine level up a spiral staircase has 1 single bed & a new sofa bed with good mattress. TV.
Suitable for 3 children or 2 adults upstairs.
The room has plates, cutlery, bowls, tea towel-dish liquid & a large plastic box for dish washing.
Outside on the verandah is a table, stools, chairs & a bbq is available to use $5 per stay.
Adults are responsible for safety of children re-spiral staircase to top level.
Please note parking is street front only, free & quite safe.
Queen Room Our lovely queen rooms are located downstairs, street facing either side of the front entrance.
They both have tv with dvd in the side, electric blankets, air heat/cool, table-chairs, hair dryer, free toiletries, tea-coffee making & cookies. WIFI is free thru out the house.
Room 7 has a shower over the bath.
Room 8 has a walk in shower. If you prefer one over the other please call Victoria House (0437 272 293) for availability otherwise you will automatically be booked into which ever is vacant. Breakfast options are available at an additional cost.

Triple Room with ShowerThis upstairs, street front interconnecting room features 1 double room and 1 single room as well as an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, free toiletries and a shower. Twin RoomThis spacious room has a larger queen-sized bed and a single-sized bed. It also includes an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a flat-screen TV, DVD player, free WiFi, tea/coffee making facilities, a small refrigerator, electric blanket, free toiletries and a hairdryer.
The twin room is located downstairs in the main building and can accommodate 3 adults. Roll-away beds are not available.
