While some guests noted issues with the bottom of the pool being rough and some guests experienced incidents of discrimination, overall the pools were beautiful, clean and a ton of fun. Some guests suggested that the swim-out room pools should be heated on cooler days, but the climate-controlled pools were very popular. With great music and separate areas for different types of fun, guests loved the pool areas at this adults-only, all-inclusive resort.
