Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category
Summarized by AI
Pärnu Hotel is advertised as a four-star establishment, but many guests believe it falls short of this rating. Several reviews suggest that the hotel feels more like a three-star or even a two-star in some aspects with comments indicating it doesn't meet typical four-star standards. However, on a positive note, guests generally appreciate the price and quality ratio, mentioning it offers a great price for its quality. Despite its origins as a Soviet-era Intourist hotel, it appears to have made some strides in providing good value accommodations at a reasonable cost, even if it doesn't quite reach the four-star mark in terms of services and facilities.
