Summary of reviews

Summarized by AI

Hotel Kanajt enjoys a superb location right on the marina, providing guests with a serene, picturesque environment surrounded by greenery. The tranquil view of Marina di Punat, especially at sunset, is a significant highlight. While the beach is about 3-4 km away, the hotel's peaceful and pleasant surroundings, coupled with its close proximity to the town center, make for a perfect setting for those seeking relaxation and scenic strolls. The hotel is also child-friendly with an affiliated restaurant at the harbor and free access to the Medane beach club, which is just a short drive or shuttle ride away.

The breakfast at Hotel Kanajt stands out as an exceptional experience, praised for its diversity, quality and variety. The buffet includes a wide range of options catering to all tastes, including vegan choices and freshly prepared egg dishes, served on a lovely terrace. Guests highlight the friendly and accommodating staff who ensure a satisfying breakfast experience for everyone.

While the affiliated restaurant at the marina receives high praise for its tasty and reasonably priced menu, the hotel’s in-house dining options are limited, especially for lunch and dinner. Guests benefit from a 10% discount at the marina restaurant but should be aware of the need to seek dining alternatives for meals other than breakfast.

The rooms at Hotel Kanajt receive glowing reviews for their cleanliness, spaciousness and beautiful sea views. They are described as extremely clean, cozy and well-decorated with large modern bathrooms. Although some furnishings feel slightly outdated, the well-maintained environment and stunning views contribute to a positive overall experience. Penthouse suites and attic rooms stand out for their size and amenities, including small kitchenettes.

Cleanliness is a top feature at Hotel Kanajt, consistently highlighted across multiple reviews. Both rooms and common areas are described as exceptionally well-maintained, contributing to a fresh and welcoming atmosphere.

The staff at Hotel Kanajt are frequently praised for their exceptional friendliness and professionalism. Guests appreciate the team's accommodating and attentive nature, as well as their multilingual abilities, which ensure smooth communication with international visitors.

The wellness facilities at the hotel have garnered high praise, offering an intimate and cozy atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The spa features top-notch amenities, including saunas, a jacuzzi and resting beds, all contributing to a fabulous experience in a beautifully designed space.

The pool area is well-maintained and beautifully designed with plenty of sunbeds and lounger options. Although the pool attracts families and can get crowded, it's still praised for its relaxing and inviting atmosphere, enhanced by the poolside bar for food and drinks.

Hotel Kanajt provides excellent parking facilities, including EV charging stations, making it a practical choice for travelers with electric vehicles. The spacious and accessible parking area is free of charge, a notable advantage.

For families, Hotel Kanajt offers a calm and serene environment with equipped play areas and spacious accommodations, making it an excellent choice for family vacations.

The beds at Hotel Kanajt are generally praised for their comfort and quality, contributing to a pleasant stay. Although a few mixed opinions exist regarding twin beds and mattress configurations, the overall sentiment is positive.

Hotel Kanajt consistently exceeds the expectations for a four-star hotel with guests highlighting its beautiful setting, exceptional breakfast, cleanliness, friendly staff and relaxing wellness amenities.

Hotel Park Punat offers an experience that might not fully meet the expectations for a 4-star establishment. While the hotel facilities appear somewhat outdated, it strives to keep guests entertained with various evening activities such as yoga, aqua gymnastics and art workshops with local artists, ensuring a memorable stay. Positioned near scenic fishing docks, the location adds a quaint charm to the visit. However, the overall luxury and quality of the rooms have been noted as less satisfactory compared to typical Falkensteiner standards. Despite these shortcomings in luxury, the hotel aims to make each guest feel valued and welcomed.
