Is Benas Country Lodge is set amidst expansive green areas, providing guests with a tranquil atmosphere in a quiet park-like setting. Visitors appreciate the charm of the property, even as some aspects of the hotel show signs of wear. With a change in ownership, the lodge sees itself in a transition phase that may explain certain shortcomings. Although breakfast is plentiful, it lacks the variety typically associated with a four-star establishment, and the overall facilities and services fall short of meeting the expectations for such a rating. Many guests feel that four stars may be excessive for this property, pointing out the need for modernization and improvements, particularly in the sanitary facilities. Additionally, some guests express concerns about the price-performance ratio, feeling that the offerings do not justify a four-star label.
