Guest reviews of Comfort Inn Cancún Aeropuerto frequently highlight significant challenges with the hotel's parking facilities. Located underground, the parking area is noted to be very cramped and challenging to navigate, with many guests describing it as an extremely narrow space that requires careful maneuvering, particularly when accessing or exiting. This setup tends to pose difficulties, especially for average-sized or larger vehicles, making it a better fit for small cars. Several visitors point out that the parking design is poor, often leading to concerns about potential damage to vehicles. Additionally, the entrance and exit are particularly tight, which further complicates the process of parking even though the parking itself is free. Cleanliness and maintenance of the parking area have also been criticized, with mentions of unpleasant smells and an overall neglected state. Despite these issues, the hotel does provide parking, albeit not without its challenges.
