Guests appreciate the convenient setting that allows easy exploration of nearby attractions like Sahelio ki Bari and Fateh Sagar Lake. The hotel's tranquil yet accessible environment, combined with the beautiful surroundings and lake views, makes it a favored choice among travelers.
The breakfast experience is well received for its quality and scenic venue. Though served à la carte, guests enjoy the delicious blend of Indian and Western dishes, with fresh fruits and hot meals being standout features. It is noted that the menu could benefit from more variety and consistency, but the presentation and taste are generally praised.
Dinner at the hotel is a memorable event, particularly in the rooftop restaurant, which offers superb fusion cuisine. Despite slightly high prices, the quality and flavor of the dishes justify the cost, and the vegetarian-friendly options add to the appeal. The dining services consistently meet guest expectations, adding to the hotel's allure.
Rooms at Parallel Hotel are rated highly for their modern amenities, cleanliness, and comfort. Stylish decor and large windows offering garden or lake views enhance the guest experience. While some smaller room sizes are noted, spacious suites receive specific praise for their luxury and comfort.
Cleanliness is a standout aspect, with the hotel maintaining impeccable hygiene standards. The decor adds aesthetic value, and the helpful staff further contribute to the pristine environment. Despite minor cleanliness issues outside the toilets, the hotel is recognized as a spotless and safe retreat.
The staff is renowned for their exceptional service, characterized by friendliness and professionalism. While occasional reception issues are mentioned, overall staff interactions are positive and memorable, with particular praise for certain team members who contribute to the hotel's warm atmosphere.
The gym facilities also impress, with modern equipment providing a satisfactory workout experience despite the gym's small size. Complimentary gym access offers guests a space to focus on health and wellness during their stay.
The bed quality at the hotel is generally praised for its comfort, contributing to restful sleep experiences. Occasional remarks about room size and bedding issues are noted but do not detract significantly from the overall comfort provided by the beds.
Overall, Parallel Hotel Udaipur delivers a high standard of service and accommodation, making it an excellent choice for visitors seeking comfort, convenience, and quality in their travels.
