Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
The 'BUDGET City Appartement Küche, Bad, Parken im Zentrum von Ravensburg' boasts an enviable central location, praised for its convenience to Ravensburg's picturesque old town and easy access to the train station. The proximity to local attractions and events, coupled with the availability of free parking—a rare find in such a central area—makes it an attractive option for both leisure and event-focused stays.
Guests generally find the apartment's rooms to be clean, though there are consistent reports of certain areas needing renovation and a refresh. The bathroom reflects a dated aesthetic, and issues such as smoke smells and aged communal spaces detract from the overall experience. Cleanliness standards receive mixed reviews with some guests satisfied by the cleaning, while others noted issues with unwashed dishes and worn linens.
The staff receives mixed feedback. Some guests appreciate the attentive and friendly service, noting efforts by the landlords to ensure a smooth stay. However, challenges in communication and a complicated check-in process have been reported, although there are instances of staff providing direct assistance.
The provision of free and ample parking is highly appreciated, as it facilitates a hassle-free experience for guests with vehicles. The comfort of the beds is frequently mentioned positively, with many finding the mattresses and pillows conducive to a restful stay, despite some noting issues with bed quality inconsistency.
Overall, the 'BUDGET City Appartement Küche, Bad, Parken im Zentrum von Ravensburg' offers excellent location advantages and notable parking convenience, while certain areas, particularly cleanliness and staff communication, could benefit from improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
