Tenuta De L'Annunziata - Natural Relais is a harmonious blend of modern luxury and ancient charm, nestled in a prime location that offers stunning views all the way to the vibrant cityscape of Milan. Situated near the Swiss border and within easy reach of Lugano and Como, the hotel’s serene environs and proximity to the beautiful lakes of Como and Lugano make it a top choice for those seeking tranquility amidst nature while staying connected to nearby attractions.
Guests frequently commend the hotel for its well-appointed rooms, which are noted for cleanliness, modern design, and comfort. With immaculate furnishings and access to thermal baths, the accommodations are designed to offer a restful and luxurious stay. The hotel's commitment to maintaining a pristine environment is evident, with visitors appreciating the sparkling cleanliness throughout the property.
The dining experience at Tenuta De L'Annunziata is equally distinguished, with the restaurant offering delicious regional and homemade dishes, particularly praised for their high quality and delightful flavors. Although some found the menu options limited and the pricing slightly steep, the culinary offerings, enhanced by dining on a lovely terrace, contribute to the overall appeal for a special occasion.
The staff at the hotel earns high praise for friendliness and attentiveness, contributing significantly to the pleasant atmosphere. The warm and welcoming demeanor of the team leaves a lasting impression, despite occasional lapses due to being overwhelmed or inexperienced, which are minor compared to the overwhelmingly positive service experiences reported.
While the breakfast service is noted for its fresh ingredients and authentic flavors, improvements could be made in terms of variety and value for money. The breakfast's à la carte model may lead to delays, and some guests found the lack of variety and additional charges for certain items unexpected.
The hotel features a newly renovated infinity pool and a well-appointed spa, enhancing the relaxation experience, although the access fee to the wellness area might be a consideration for some guests. While the access road poses some challenges, the overall serene setting and high-quality amenities offer a worthwhile retreat.
In summary, Tenuta De L'Annunziata - Natural Relais provides a serene escape with premium offerings in a breathtaking location, creating an idyllic setting for guests seeking relaxation amidst nature.
