Greenland's Inn seems to cater well to families looking for convenience and comfort during their stay. Notably, the presence of a room with four beds is a major advantage, accommodating larger families with ease. Guests have expressed that their family gatherings were more enjoyable thanks to these spacious accommodations. The family rooms offer the added benefit of being ideally located for visiting family, creating an efficient and practical environment. Surprising some visitors, the additional bed in the family room is a proper bed rather than a sofa bed, which enhances comfort for families. This setup truly meets the needs of the whole family and leaves a favorable impression on guests. However, the proximity of family rooms to the beer garden may not be ideal for young families or those seeking a quieter environment. Despite this, Greenlands Inn is recommended by guests who have seen their family needs met during their stay.

The Bromsgrove Hotel offers a family-friendly stay with kids being allowed to run and play in the reception area. However, some guests noted that there were unattended children running around, causing chaos and disruption. Some families were not informed that the hotel also housed long-term guests with unruly children. While the hotel did accommodate requests for rooms close together for families, there were reports of noise disruptions from neighboring rooms and large groups of families. A couple of fire alarms on consecutive nights were caused by young people not being supervised in food areas. Some guests also reported other children being unsupervised in the bar. If you're traveling with children, it's best to be aware of these potential issues and perhaps request a quieter room away from the reception area. Also, some guests reported a problem getting products for tea and coffee for their rooms. On the plus side, the hotel did provide loaves of bread for guests to make pack lunches for their children to take to school.
