The centrality and convenience, along with affordable pricing and pleasant living conditions, significantly boost the property's appeal, making its location a standout feature.
The accommodation offers compact and cozy rooms, which are highlighted for their cleanliness and well-equipped nature, featuring amenities such as a mini kitchen, microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. Though some guests find the rooms small and prone to noise from busy streets, the efficient use of space and thoughtful design make them suitable for short stays. While not all feedback is negative and some guests found the beds comfortable, the need for significant improvements in bedding quality and cleanliness is a recurring theme.
