Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The pool at Mercure Tours Nord is generally well-reviewed by guests. Many appreciate its cleanliness and the fact that it provides a refreshing spot to cool off after a long trip. Families find the pool particularly appealing for kids and its presence is noted as a significant addition to the hotel amenities. The setting around the pool, complete with a sunbathing area and loungers, receives positive feedback for being beautiful and conducive to relaxation.
However, there are mixed opinions about the pool's size and temperature. Some guests feel the pool is on the smaller side and occasionally too cold for comfort, especially in early summer when it is not heated sufficiently. There are also remarks about the pool being closed for cleaning during some stays and a few guests mentioned issues with the pool's maintenance, including unclean water and loose tiles. Despite these occasional drawbacks, the pool remains a highlight for many, contributing to the hotel’s overall charm and providing a pleasant retreat for travelers.
