However, some guests noted that more lounge chairs and umbrellas were needed as there was often a battle for prime poolside seating. The Irie bar was a favorite among guests, while some had access to the pool and beaches of the sister hotel. Unfortunately, the hot tub was often cold and pool bar hours ended early at 5pm. Services were limited and the bar was slow, while the outdoor food area did not allow guests in swimsuits. But, the unlimited drinks and big pool made up for it. Additionally, common areas and the beach were well-maintained throughout the day. Though, it is important to note that some guests found the noisy nighttime show by the pool to be poorly located right below their rooms. Overall, the pool received positive feedback for being nice, relaxing, big and very clean.
