The spa is nicely decorated and the warm welcome from staff adds to the experience. However, guests should note that the spa is not included in the room rate and can be expensive with some massages not meeting expectations. The relaxation area, sauna, hammam and gym are all nice added features of the spa. The jacuzzi is also worth a mention. While services like the spa, treatments and dining are pricier, guests seem to find the value in this luxurious experience.
