Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Voiles et Terrasses by Corinne Résidence face au port is highly regarded for its exceptional location in Le Tréport, directly overlooking the picturesque harbor. Guests revel in the proximity to the city center, local attractions, restaurants, shops and beaches, all within walking distance. The availability of free parking nearby further reduces travel logistics concerns, making it an ideal base for exploration.
The property features well-appointed studios and apartments praised for their cleanliness, comfort and charming decor. The accommodations, complete with terraces and gardens, offer a cozy and bright environment perfect for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. Despite some feedback regarding the small size of the rooms and outdated furniture, the majority found the spaces comfortable, functional and well-equipped, notably enjoying the clean and well-heated rooms, good showers and ample bathroom storage.
Cleanliness experiences are mixed with many guests noting very clean and well-maintained interiors and terraces. However, a few reviews mentioned lapses such as dirty sheets and dust webs. Nonetheless, the overall perception leans positive with the property's charm and convenience often outweighing these occasional oversights.
The staff, particularly the owner Corinne, received positive feedback for their helpfulness and friendliness. Corinne's effective communication, including in English, her availability and her advice on free parking were highly appreciated. The key box system was well-received for its convenience, although minor issues with key codes were noted. The cleaning and maintenance staff also contributed to the welcoming environment.
The WiFi service, however, drew mixed reviews with numerous complaints about weak signals and unreliable connections, particularly in the bedrooms and kitchens. While mobile data (4G) was a viable alternative for some, consistent internet access remains an area for improvement.
The beds and bedding quality are commendable with many guests finding the beds very comfortable, contributing significantly to a restful stay. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the bedding further enhance the guest experience, despite minor preferences for more supportive pillows.
Overall, Voiles et Terrasses by Corinne Résidence offers an affordable, comfortable stay with excellent value for money. Its unbeatable location, cozy accommodations and welcoming atmosphere make it particularly appealing for couples and guests looking for a relaxed, scenic getaway.
