The Doubletree Suites by Hilton Salt Lake City boasts a great pool area, much enjoyed by guests. Although some rooms are located above the pool and can be noisy in the evenings due to children playing, overall the sleeping capacity is comfortable. Unfortunately, some guests experienced too much chlorine in the hot tub, which made it difficult to relax for longer periods of time. However, the staff members were nice and made sure the swimming was all good. Although some guests found the pool area to be dirty, the pool itself was kept open until late. Of note, the pool was closed temporarily due to covid-19. Despite these minor setbacks, many guests still enjoyed taking a swim and soak in the hot tub.

The Grand America Hotel boasts a fantastic resort feel and offers top-notch pool facilities. Guests can enjoy a pretty, heated outdoor pool and a stylish indoor pool with a spa. The pool ambiance is elegant and kid-friendly and there is even an adult hour for added relaxation. Despite a few staffing limitations, guests are impressed by the spotless outdoor pool and hot tub, while some even visit each summer just to sit by the pool. Although a few guests mention limited restaurant options and an occasionally crowded pool, the grounds are "gorgeous" and the pool staff is "nothing but the best." All in all, the pools at Grand America Hotel are a standout feature of this luxurious accommodation.
